OnlyCars ("we", "us", "the app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect data you provide while using the app:
- Account data: email address, username, profile photo (if added), and user ID (UID).
- Vehicle data: vehicle make, model, year, specification, and mileage.
- History and costs: fuel logs (fuel amount, price, mileage), services (costs, descriptions, dates), parts and other expenses, events/collisions.
- User content: photos uploaded by you (vehicles, documents, damages, etc.).
- Sharing data: data included in shared garages (if you use sharing features).
- Local device data: app settings (for example currency and preferences), notification state, achievements, and reminders.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used to:
- operate the application,
- save and display vehicle information,
- track costs and history,
- enable garage sharing (link/QR),
- improve app performance and quality.
3. Sign-In Methods
You can sign in using Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and Apple ID (for Apple devices). These services may provide basic data (for example email and name), used only for authentication.
4. Data Storage
Data is stored in secure third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication - user account data,
- Cloud Firestore - app data,
- Firebase Storage - photos and files.
Data may be stored on servers outside your country.
5. Data Sharing and Rights
We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only with service providers (Google, Firebase, Meta, Apple) or when you share a garage yourself (link or QR). Anyone with the link can view that shared data.
6. Data Retention Period
We keep data as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time in the app.
7. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all data directly in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, all garages, vehicle history, and all photos.

8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.

9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

The app is not intended for children below the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction.
11. No Ads and No Tracking
