OnlyCars respects your privacy. We collect only what's needed to run the app — no ads, no profiling, no selling your data. Ever.

What Data We Collect

We collect only data you actively provide while using the app:

  • Account data: email address, username, profile photo (if added), and user ID (UID).
  • Vehicle data: make, model, year, specification, and mileage.
  • History and costs: fuel logs (amount, price, mileage), services (costs, descriptions, dates), parts, other expenses, and events/collisions.
  • User content: photos you upload — vehicles, documents, damages, etc.
  • Sharing data: data included in shared garages, if you use the sharing feature.
  • Local device data: app settings (currency, preferences), notification state, achievements, and reminders.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve OnlyCars:

  • Run and display all app features
  • Save and show your vehicle information
  • Track fuel costs and service history
  • Enable garage sharing via link or QR code
  • Improve app performance and quality

Sign-In Methods

You can sign in using Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, or Apple ID. These services may provide basic profile data (name, email) used only for authentication.

When using Facebook Login, the app may receive your name, email, and profile picture. This data is used only to create or identify your account. The app does not post to Facebook, and does not access additional Facebook data without your explicit consent.

Data Storage

Data is stored in secure third-party infrastructure. Servers may be located outside your country.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with infrastructure providers (Google, Firebase, Meta, Apple) or when you explicitly share a garage. Anyone with your link can view that data.

Section 6

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time directly inside the app.

No Tracking

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking of any kind.

Section 7

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app. This removes your profile, all garages, vehicle history, and all uploaded photos.

You can also request deletion by contacting us. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Children

The app is not intended for children below the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction.
